Personal Information: All personal information utilized on our website for commerce purposes will never be sold or distributed for any reason.

Product Liability: TurnPro Tools and its owner Parts Perfect LLC are not liable for any injuries or damage to property sustained from failure or misuse of any of our products. All of our products are tested and proven to perform in the environments they were designed for. Therefore, it is the end users responsibility to properly maintain and utilize our products in a responsible manner.

Shipping and Delivery: At TurnPro Tools we do our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner and ensure they are delivered on time. Should there be an issue fulfilling your order on time (within 48 hours of order placement) we will contact our customer and inform them on the delay. Once orders have entered the mail stream we do not have control of delays in delivery. That is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Should you need an order delivered by a guaranteed date please reach out to us prior to ordering so that we can work with you to come up with the best solution.

Payment: When purchasing products through our website, payment must be made in full before your order will be shipped. Should you require delayed payment or term payments for an order, arrangements to do so must be made prior to order placement. We do offer Net 30 terms to bulk order customers but these are determined on a case by case basis.
