Shipping policy

We ship orders on a first come first serve basis, meaning orders will be fulfilled and shipped in the order they were recieved. All orders received before 3:00pm CST will ship same day Monday thru Friday excluding national holidays. We provide sufficient packaging for all of our products to prevent damage to your ordered items. Should you receive items damaged in shipping please notify us at partsperfect14@gmail.com as soon as possible to either receive a refund or a replacement. These situations will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
